Bandana Info

Can I get a color that is not listed on your color chart?

Possibly! I will only use the colors listed in the charts for the main bandana itself as they require this type of yarn for sizing & softness. However, I am open to getting new colors for borders and appliques. Just DM me and we can discuss further!

Do you accept custom orders?

No, I do not accept customs at this time. I may open these up in the future in between launches when I have downtime. Check my stories on Instagram for any updates in regards to this.

What are the differences between the border styles?

We currently offer several border styles. This is a decorative edging around the bandana.

  1. Ruffle: This is a half circle or scalloped shape. This is offered in 1 color only- can be the same as the bandana or a different color
  2. Solid braid: This is a solid braided edging. It's a "braid" due to the stitch used making it look like a braid. This is offered in 1 color only- recommend picking a different color than the bandana for this
  3. Striped: This is our 2 color option. 2 colors will be striped together around the edge. This is also known as the "candy cane" border.

Shipping

How long does shipping take?

We use USPS for our shipping. USPS Ground Advantage usually takes 3-6 business days and Priority mail takes 2-3 business days upon receipt of the package. Expect longer shipping times during the holidays. Please see the banner at the top of the page for my current processing times.

What are your shipping rates?

Shipping rates are calculated based on the total weight of your order and the address you use when purchasing. You can view the shipping costs during the checkout process before completing the purchase. Prices will also vary depending on Ground Advantage vs. Priority Mail.

Do you accept international orders?

International orders can be placed through our Etsy store only. Please contact me first and I will make a listing for you on Etsy. At this time we cannot sell our plushies internationally. Thank you for your understanding!

Can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track the progress of your shipment on the USPS website with this tracking number or through the link provided in your confirmation email (have your order number ready)

Returns/Refunds

Do you accept returns?

Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not offer returns or exchanges. However, if you encounter any issues resulting from our oversight, please don't hesitate to reach out, and we will do everything to make the situation right. We are not responsible for any damages caused to the product by not following care instructions.

Do you offer any discounts?
